Structure fire reported in the 9800 block of North 95th Street (96th St & Mountain View) in Scottsdale, AZ.
[Update] Scottsdale FD in a email tell us that the issue was isolated to a wall mounted AC/heater unit that caused some smoke generation in one of their resident rooms. The facility staff had evacuated the remainder of the residents out of that wing during the FD response as a precaution. No reported injuries. The incident was resolved in about 30 minutes.
