House fire reported at the Pima Villas Condominiums at 2041 N 87th Way (Pima Rd & McDowell Rd) in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Scottsdale and Tempe Fire Department responding. Units staged or on scene include: E275 E601 E602 L602 BC271 BC601 SCTP00.
[Update] Working fire in the attic. Additional units added to call include: E218 P-601 BC2 FI601 SRP000 U29. Battalion Chief 601 is command/incident commander.
SFD officials tell us in an email that crews found a small fire in the attic space above a single story duplex. Fire was quickly extinguished. 25 firefighters responded. No injuries reported. A family of 4 was displaced due to fire and smoke damage. A SFD Fire Investigator will determine the cause and origin.
