Apartment fire reported in the 2900 block of North 70th Street (Scottsdale Rd & Thomas Road) in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] Small grease fire on the stove. Fire extinguished by one sprinkler head within the apartment. Occupant was cooking with grease. Man suffered a minor burn injury to his right forearm area. He was transported by PMT Ambulance to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn medical facility. One other apt unit had minor water damage (unit below).
