Structure fire reported in the 7300 block of East 1st Avenue (Scottsdale Rd & Indian School Rd) in Scottsdale, AZ.
Units responding include: E275 E601 E603 L12 BC2 BC601.
[Update] Scottsdale Fire Department officials tell us that emergency units from Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe responded to a report of smoke in a structure. After obtaining an all clear on the occupancy it was determined that the smoke could be attributed to a burnt out blower motor in an air conditioning (A/C) unit. Power was secured and the property management was advised of the situation. All fire units were placed available.
