Double shooting reported east of the North 75th Street + East 1st Street in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Scottsdale Police Department is on scene investigating.
[Update: 4:25 PM MST] Today at 2:15 PM MST, Scottsdale patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the area of 1st Street and 75th Street. When officers arrived, they found an adult female victim with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim had walked to a bus parked in the intersection to ask for help. Scottsdale Fire Department (SFD) transported the female victim to an area hospital where she was later died. Officers followed a blood trail to a business east on 1st St. Once inside, they discovered a second adult female victim who was deceased from a gunshot wound. The investigation is on-going and further updates will be provided as they become available, according to Sergeant Benjamin Hoster with the Scottsdale Police Department.
[Update: 5:32 PM MST] Investigators have determined that this case is a double homicide which occurred at a law office in the area. There is an outstanding suspect but no further information is available for release at this time, according to Sergeant Benjamin Hoster with the Scottsdale Police Department.
