[Update: 4:49 PM] Now a reported working fire. Addition units added include: E92, E275, R13, P-601, L276, LT276, FI601, APS002, SCTP01 and SS274.
The 1464 square foot home was purchased in February 2006 for $297,500, according to Maricopa County Assessor records.
