Scottsdale and Phoenix Fire responded to a report of a mid rise fire on the 5th floor of the Loft hotel. There is no active fire. Initial reports was malicious activity that set the sprinkler heads off. Crews are currently working with onsight RP for water restoration needs, according to Danny Ables, Scottsdale Fire Department, Battalion Chief 602 C Shift.
