Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon attended the acclaimed Arizona Traffic School class - On Christmas Eve!
Gordon's vehicle was photographed at 7:03 pm on August 3, 2008 by the City of Phoenix northbound red light camera located at 7th Street and Northern.
We have learned that the Maricopa County Downtown Justice Court handled Gordon's civil traffic case. Court Manager Minnie Uribe told us that the Court was notified that his Arizona Traffic School class was completed on December 24, 2008.
Arizona allows drivers to attend Defensive Driving School, once every two years for citation dismissal. The citation must be classified as a non-criminal moving violation that assesses points against your driver's license.
