1st Alarm Oleander Fire at 6400 E Calle Redondo

1st alarm working oleander fire Monday afternoon in the alley behind 6430 E. Calle Redondo in Scottsdale, AZ. Police and fire were called to the scene at 3:30 p.m. MST.

25 fire units were dispatched including: Engine 13, Rescue 13, B271, L602, BC601, E602, FI601, SCTP01, SRP001 and U29.

Officials say the fire burned oleanders and spread to power and utility lines. No structures were damaged in the Camelvista subdivision. No citizens or firefighters were injured.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
