Working 1 alarm condo fire reported in the Scottsdale Park Place Condominium subdivision in at 4354 N 82nd Street Unit 283 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The fire was reported at around 1:19 a.m MST.
Scottsdale Police, Scottsdale Fire, Tempe Fire and Phoenix Fire responded to the two story condominium blaze. Responding stations included: 602 603, 601, 92, 275, 604, 271, 12 and 276. Scottsdale responding units included: BC271 and L602. Phoenix and Tempe fire departments responded on automatic aid. Units still on scene at 8 a.m. MST include: FI601, REDC00, SCTP01 and SRP000.
[Update] A total of 8-10 residents have been displaced. The American Red Cross is on the scene. The female resident was not in the condo at the time of the fire.
