Mountain rescue reported at Pinnacle Peak Park at 26802 North 102nd Way in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] Crews are using the big wheel to remove a 12 year old female hiker who is suffering from dehydration. Parent is with the child. Paramedic evaluating if patient will require transportation to a hospital.
[Update: 10:28 AM MST] Patient removed from hiking trail and did not require transport. Rescue completed.
The Scottsdale Fire Department wants to remind hikers to pre-hydrate and bring plenty of water when hiking during our high temperature days.
