[Update] 4-year-old boy was found at the bottom of the pool. An off-duty neonatal intensive care unit nurse (NICU) heard the commotion and immediately stepped in and started CPR. Scottsdale Fire and AMR-Life Line crews arrived and transported the boy to HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. He regained consciousness on the way to the hospital, according to Lori Schmidt with the Scottsdale Fire Department.
