Shooting reported at 8010 East Morgan Trail, Suite 1, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
[Update #1] The Scottsdale Police Department is currently investigating a homicide at a business located at 8010 E. Morgan Trail Suite #1. Scottsdale PD and Phoenix PD PIO’s are headed to that scene to provide further information. Media staging will be in the parking lot of the Mountain View Presbyterian Church located at 8050 E. Mountain View Rd (Northwest corner of the parking lot), according to Sergeant Benjamin Hoster with the Scottsdale Police Department.
[Update #2] The victim is this case has been identified as 72 year old Marshall Levine. Levine was found deceased in his office by an acquaintance at approximately 12:10 a.m. on June 2, 2018. The acquaintance then immediately called 911. Evidence indicated that Levine had been shot. The investigation is on-going and no further details are available at this time.
