- Always inspect the land you are interested in buying.
- Look for washes that may be on the property (possible flood area).
- Walk the land and look for survey markers.
- Review land sellers ownership records (More than 5 owned lots requires a public report).
- Get parcel maps from county assessor's office, recorders office or internet.
- Arizona open range laws - To keep animals off your property you need to install a fence.
- Hire a land surveyor to insure your correct corners of your property.
- Never buy land sight unseen.
- Use a licensed realtor.
