Scottsdale Arizona News -- The National Weather Service in Phoenix issued a Tornado Warning for Scottsdale Thursday night at 8:32 PM. The weather service detected a thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 8 miles west of Scottsdale moving Northeast.
