Tour of Pillar at Scottsdale Apartment
This is a Tour of Pillar at Scottsdale apartment at 17212 N. Scottsdale Rd #1022. Located in building 14 on the ground floor. Three story building. Stairs - no elevator. Some units at the Pillar have garages.
Unit #1022 is a one bedroom apartment with an attached one car garage. Lots of room in the garage to store stuff. You get a garage door opener with the unit.This unit you can enter from the front door or from the garage. Front door has a security peep hole and door bell. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, in-sink garbage disposal and lots of cabinets. Bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower/bathtub. Laundry room has a electric full size washer, dryer and electric water heater. Bedroom has a ceiling fan and two closets. Family room has a ceiling fan and a enclosed patio. Unit has an alarm system.
Pillar at Scottsdale rent payments runs around $786.25 per month and payment is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd. After the third you must pay your late rent with certified funds.
Landscaping, Water and trash pickup: Water is provided by the City of Phoenix. Trash pickup is by Waste Management. Garbage dumpsters are located near each building. Water/trash fees run around $42.00 per month. You pay this fee with your rent. You can use all the H2O you want in your in your apt. The water bill is split among all the residents and stays around the same price. Landscaping is by a private company. Landscaping fee is included with your monthly rent.
Electric utilities is by APS (Arizona Public Service). Electric bills for a one bedroom unit costs around $50 to $140 per month (low in winter/ high in summer).
The security gated property has a hot tub, headed outdoor swimming pool, indoor basketball court, pool table, free exercise room/ work out room (open 24/7), big screen television room, clubhouse and a computer room. You can rent out the clubhouse for private parties. Grass open space. The apartment complex has on call security at night to report any problems. Pool area closes around 10 or 11 p.m.
Neighborhood: The Courtyard by Marriott, Springhill Suites and Village Inn restaurant are located next to the complex. Across the street is a BNC Bank, Sushi Brokers restaurant/bar, Kinkos and a Quiznos. A Danny's convenience store is just a 10 minute walk down the street. Valley Metro bus picks up in front of the complex on Scottsdale Rd.
