Drowning reported in the Desert Rose subdivision in the 9100 block of East Blanche Drive in Scottsdale, AZ.
Units on scene include: P-608 and SCTP01.
[Update] PMT Ambulance (P-608) transported the 17 year old male victim to to SHC Shea. Police say he is alert and talking. At this point his condition is not considered life threatening.
