Natural Gas Leak Inside - 7200 E Rancho Vista Drive

Natural gas leak inside reported in the 7200 block of East Rancho Vista Drive (Scottsdale Rd & Chaparral Rd) in Scottsdale, AZ.

Units responding or on scene include: E92 E278 E603 E608 C957N C957S LT602 BC2 BC601 SCTP00 SEC000 SI272 SWG001. Battalion Chief 601 is command/incident commander.

[Update] SFD officials tell us in an email that Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix Fire department fire and Haz-Mat crews were called for a gas odor in the building complex. Crews checked the entire mixed-use 6 floor condominium complex including the parking garage and restaurant area. Crews found slight odor on the second floor. The scene was turned over to Southwest Gas and the building management to handle/mitigate the situation. There were no civilian or firefighter injuries.
