[Update: 11:02 PM MST] Roadway has been reopened. The driver, an adult male, was ejected as he was not wearing his seat belt. The rear seat passengers were juvenile females, ages 11 and 12. The children's father, an adult male passenger, was able to extricate himself after the collision.
