Working house fire reported in a 3,000 sq ft two-story house in the Alcazar subdivision at 17209 North 79th Street (Hayden Road & Princess Drive) in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] Scottsdale Fire Department officials tell us that units extinguished a small attic fire in a second story bathroom. The home was occupied by family of four. The family exited the home prior to SFD arrival. A residential fire sprinkler system installed help control the spread of the fire. The first arriving unit extinguished the fire. There were no injuries to any of the occupants or firefighters.
The house is listed for sale with an asking price of $699,900 (MLS # 5126945), according to Zillo.com. The home was purchased on May 01, 2011 for $640,000, according to Maricopa County Assessor's Office records.
[Final Update] SFD officials tell us that the house has some water damage from the sprinkler head activation that needs to be addressed. The family will be displaced until clean up is completed.
