Mountain rescue reported at Pinnacle Peak Park at 26802 North 102nd Way in Scottsdale, AZ.
Units responding include: E45 E197 E610 E614 BC602 DC601 S197.
[Update] SFD paramedics on scene with an adult male patient complaining of a knee injury. The patient is approximately 1.5 miles distance from the main trailhead. SFD Technical Rescue Team will package and extricate the patient off the mountain using a big wheel operation. Rescue is still in progress.
