A labor dispute is affecting a number of fixed bus routes in the Valley Metro system, including several that serve Scottsdale, according to Kelly Corsette, the communications and public affairs director for the City of Scottsdale

Transit users in Scottsdale should plan for these local impacts:
  • Routes 80 (Shea Boulevard), 154 (Greenway to Thunderbird Park and Ride), and 170 (Bell Road) are not operating
  • Route 50 (Camelback Road) is operating on a Saturday schedule
  • All other fixed routes in and through Scottsdale are operating normally (Routes 72, 81, 29, 17, 41, 56)
  • Express routeslinks to external site are operating normally
  • All 4 Scottsdale Trolley routes are operating fully
