[Update: 2:19 PM MST] Fire crews have contained an approximately 2-acre brush fire in a wash near Whispering Rock Golf Club. Crews are currently working on extinguishing hotspots and overhauling the area. Fire cause is currently under investigation, according to Scottsdale Fire Department officials.
