Scottsdale, Arizona tourism rocked: Hotels are only 20% occupied! Scottsdale Arizona News has learned that Scottsdale's hotels are only about 20% occupied. The occupancy rates are higher if the hotel is hosting a large group, according to a person familiar with valley hotels & resorts.
