Scottsdale Arizona News -- The Promenade Shopping Center has traffic counting devices installed at the main entrances. The car counting device is a black tube and it is stretched across the entrance. Shopping malls all across Scottsdale are watching traffic counts! Just wonder if the malls leasing departments actually release the traffic numbers!
