Toy Drive to Benefit the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots Program and Paiute Community Center

Scottsdale Fire Department's Annual Toy Drive starts on Friday, Nov. 27, and continues through Thursday, Dec. 24, fire spokeswoman Tiffani Nichols said . The toys benefit the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program and Paiute Community Center. Residents and community members can drop off new, unwrapped toys at one of Scottsdale’s 14 fire stations or the Witzeman Public Safety Building (8401 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale).

Scottsdale Fire Stations are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Nichols said. Community members are encouraged to stop by between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Upon arrival, please ring the door bell or knock on the station door to alert the firefighters you are there to make a donation. If there is no answer, crews may be responding to an emergency call. It is not advised that you leave the toys by the door or in an unsecured area. To locate your nearest fire station, visit http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/fire or call (480) 312-8000.

The Police & Fire Headquarters building, located at Granite Reef & Indian School, is staffed 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday - Friday, Nichols said. Donations can be dropped off in the main lobby located on the north side of the building facing Indian School Road.
