The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for East Central Maricopa County in South Central Arizona this includes the the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Scottsdale until 12:30 AM MST.

At 10:27 PM MST the weather service reported scattered showers and a few thunderstorms with heavy rain across parts of the greater Phoenix metro area. Showers were moving north at 10 MPH.
