Scottsdale Arizona News has learned that a 43-year-old pedicab driver from Mesa was arrested on the 4th of July at 11:00 p.m on East Indian Plaza & North Saddlebag Trail in downtown Scottsdale, AZ.
He was charged with misdemeanor counts of pedicab - headlight illuminate at least 50', pedicab - valid drivers license and pedicab - reflector strip, according to a police report.
The Scottsdale City Council approved new laws to regulate pedicabs on April 9, 2013.
