[Update] There is a truck through a wall and the signals are out, according to the Scottsdale Traffic Management Center.
Treat this as a four-way stop. Currently only eastbound has minor delays. Avoid the area if possible.
[Update: 2:46 PM MST] Scottsdale PD says that this was a single vehicle collision. Truck struck the signal box. Officers are directing traffic. Use caution in area.
[Update: 3:32 PM MST] Cleared. All lanes of traffic open.
