Structure fire reported at Mimosa Springs assisted living community at 1475 N Granite Reef Rd (ANA 8435 E McDowell Rd) in Scottsdale, AZ.
Scottsdale Fire Department officials tell us in an email that Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa FD responded. Fire crews controlled a small fire within a laundry room at the facility. No occupants were displaced and property damage was very minimal.
