Southbound Scottsdale Road is closed at Chaparral Road. Use McDonald Drive as alternate route. Update 11:42 AM: Tow truck is on scene. Should be cleared within 10 minutes.
[Update] Scottsdale Fire officials tell us that this was a head-on collision. 3 total patients. 2 categorized as critical and 1 minor injury. All patients were transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn. SPD is investigating.
