Mountain rescue reported at Brown's Ranch Trailhead at 30301 N Alma School Parkway in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] Scottsdale Fire Department and Phoenix Fire Department are on scene. 76 year old female hiker. Patient is dizzy and has passed out and unable to walk off the trail on her own. Crews will use a big wheel operation. Patient is 1.5-2.0 miles up the trail in the summit area.
[Update 11:20 AM MST] Patient was evaluated by paramedics and has refused further treatment and any transportation to the hospital.
