Injury accident reported at North Scottsdale Road & East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.

[Update] Medical Response. Additional units responding include: E92 E605 P-603 L602 BC601. [Update: 3:10 PM MST] 10 vehicle collision. Scottsdale Fire Paramedics treated 13 patients. 3 patients required treatment and transportation to a local hospital. A large dump truck was involved also. On scene crews upgraded the assignment it took over 25 firefighters to evaluate the patients. No extrication was needed. Scottsdale PD is investigating the cause of the collision.
