[Update: 1:39 PM MST] Scottsdale Fire paramedics are on the scene of a working house fire in the area of 86th Street and Thomas. One occupant is safely out of the home and will be displaced. Fire is currently under investigation by Scottsdale fire investigator. No firefighter civilian injuries, according to an Scottsdale Fire Department spokesman.
