[Update: 9:37 AM MST] 1 acre +/- brush fire off Scottsdale Rd. North of Lone Mountain Road. Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading due to quick response and using the existing roadways as effective fire breaks, according to Scottsdale Fire Department officials.
