Drowning - 19800 N 76th Street

Drowning call reported in the 19800 block of North 76th Street (Grayhawk) in Scottsdale, AZ.

Units responding or on scene include: E613 P-615 BC602 SCTP01.

[Update: 2:36 PM MST] Scottsdale Police and Fire Responded to a reported drowning at 19777 N 77 76th Street at approximately 10:40 this morning. A six year old male was swimming with family and friends in the complex pool when at some point the child was found unconscious under water. He was pulled from the pool and CPR was initiated. He was treated and transported to an area hospital by Scottsdale Fire. Latest reports are that he is in serious but stable condition. This appears to be a tragic accident and no criminal charges are anticipated.

The Scottsdale Police Department would like to remind everyone to watch our kids around water and encourages you to learn CPR.
