Hope you all enjoy this tour. I filmed this video at 2:08 pm this afternoon and started driving at Tatum Blvd and Doubletree Ranch Road and headed east all the way to Scottsdale Road.

Today I saw a bunch of for sale signs on property all along this stretch of road in the heart of Paradise Valley. You will see one house being remodeled and another house had a Presidential Pools sign out front - so you know someone in this neighborhood going to have a new pool soon! Also the tour passes by the Camelback Golf Club and a bunch of golfers were on the course today.
