Mountain rescue reported at Brown's Ranch Trailhead (McDowell Sonoran Preserve) at 30301 North Alma School Parkway in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] Scottsdale Fire Department officials tell us that Scottsdale and Phoenix FD paramedics and technical rescue team crews responded. 45 yr old female got dizzy and fell into a cactus. She was unable to walk out under her own power. Helicopter insertion and extraction by Firebird 10 helicopter. Patient was about 3 miles up the trail.
