The Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community Council has scheduled a public hearing regarding a Courtyard By Marriott at Pima and Jackrabbit Road, according to a Notice of Public Hearing For Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
The notice said, Salt River Devco, the applicant, has requested a conditional use permit (CUP) for a Courtyard By Marriott.
The proposed hotel site is located at northeast corner of Jackrabbit Road and Pima Road, west of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway. The project site is 185,087 square feet (4.2490 acres) The proposed building height is 54 feet, according to the notice.
