Weather Service Predicts 2-4 Inches of Rain

The National Weather Service in Phoenix says there will be a lull in the storm action today before the last storm system of the week hits tonight.

A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for south-central Arizona and portions of southwest Arizona for Thursday and Friday. Weather service says amounts of 2-4 inches are expected on the lower elevations and amounts of over 5 inches are possible at higher terrain locations.
